They usually work in close partnership with a companys human resources (HR) department, and their duty is to ensure that the staffs/workers of the Organization/Company work effectively leading to increase in profitability of the Organization/Company. So they constantly analyze organizational structure and the changes within the workplace. They use scientific methods to achieve their result. Industrial Psychologist must be very good with Statistics.
