Industrial Psychologist study people in the working environment. They usually work in close partnership with a companys human resources (HR) department, and their duty is to ensure that the staffs/workers of the Organization/Company work effectively leading to increase in profitability of the Organization/Company. So they constantly analyze organizational structure and the changes within the workplace. They use scientific methods to achieve their result. Industrial Psychologist must be very good with Statistics.
Industrial Psychologis work in a business environment, in order to analyze workplace behaviors (i.e. attitudes, practices, quality control, and productivity). Most of them work in Business, Education, and/or Research Industries.
